Black Oxide, Coatings & Surface Finishing
FMC provides on-site Black Oxide coating for small parts and works closely with outside vendors for all types of coatings and surface finishes.
In-House Heat Treating
Since 1953 FMC has been heat treating parts for customers to enable quick turnaround and shorter lead times. Two 17” x 19.75”x 22” vacuum ovens and a draw oven provide FMC customers with a quick heat treating option, on-site. Treated parts are verified with a Wilson RB200 Rockwell Hardness tester.
